Spartan Regiment Update 5/02/21

Hello Spartan Regiment Family,

After a soggy weekend, our CHS Band Golf Tournament has been moved to Saturday, May 22nd. Please get the word out to get more teams signed up. See below for more details.

  • May 17th (Monday) - Solo and Ensemble Contest @ CHS (after school)
  • May 19th (Wednesday) - Senior Solo Scholarship Recital @ CHS (after school)
  • May 22nd (Saturday) - Golf Tournament 1 - 6 pm @ Hidden Creek Golf Course
  • May 23rd (Sunday) Band Banquet 5 - 9 pm @ Southern Oaks Golf Course



2021 Solo and Ensemble - Payment Past Due

  • Remember: Div 1 Solos get 3 rehearsals; Div 2 Solos get 2 rehearsals; Div 3 solos get 1 rehearsal

Senior Scholarship Applications - Due May 7th

There are phone apps that can assist with this. If you need help creating a PDF, you can request a help session with Mr. Klein via zoom.

July Band Camp (ONLY Guard & Percussion) (Lunch 11:30am to 1pm)

Monday, July 19th through Friday, July 23rd 8am to 5pm


August Band Camp (Lunch 11:30am to 1pm)

Monday, July 26 through Friday, July 30th 8am to 5pm

Monday, August 2 through Friday, August 6th 8am to 5pm

Monday, August 9 through Friday, August 13th 8am to 5pm

Band Class Passoff Schedule - TEST GRADES

Passoff assignments are TEST grades. Students may retest to receive up to full credit, but students must retest before the end of the 6 weeks.

1st Annual Band Golf Tournament - May 22nd

Pay Band Fees Online - All Fees PAST DUE


It's important to stay on track with the band fees.  We purchase a lot of items for the students & pay for marching techs, colorguard techs, percussion techs, & masterclass teachers.  Most of the money is spent in August. If you need a different financial arrangement than the $100 per month please email Mr. Klein.  Please make your payments online in Cut Time with a debit/credit card.**You MUST create a username & password first**
