BLITZ Fundraiser - Ends July 4th ($31k & Counting!!)
We are NOT done. The most profitable section and friends WIN a TEXAS DE BRAZIL steak dinner!! Winners will be announced on July 4th. The Blitz Fundraiser is what makes up the difference between our band fees and what the other groups charge, so it is important we keep doing well at the Blitz Fundraiser so we can keep our fees lower. Our goal is $40,000. More money means more money for Marching Band Costumes, Props, Consultants/Techs, and travel costs! So let's earn as much as we can to help our program be successful this year and next year.
Band Registration - PAST DUE
(URGENT: Staff loses Skyward Communication May 30th)It's time to register to be a part of the 2021-2022 Spartan Regiment! The information provided in this form is then put into our CutTime system to communicate Regiment Updates, pay band fees, process instrument check-outs, T-shirt sizes, uniform sizes...etc.
IMPORTANT - we will import NEW member information in CutTime. - You will receive an email to create your own username and password. Please don't sign-up through their website, it can create a duplicate account.

UIL Physical DUE AUGUS 1st!
- UIL is requiring all marching band students to get a physical.
- All Marching Band members NEED a Physical on file with Mr. Klein by AUGUST 1st..

Offsite Summer Band Camp
Band Fees - READY to be PAID through CutTime
It's important to stay on track with the band fees. We purchase a lot of items for the students & pay for marching techs, colorguard techs, percussion techs, & masterclass teachers. Most of the money is spent in August. If you need a different financial arrangement than the $125 per month please email Mr. Klein. ALL payments must be made online through CutTime

2nd $125 due Thursday, July 1st
Percussion Usage Fee - $75 or Instrument Usage Fee - $25 per semester
*At this time all payments will be made in CutTime with debit/credit card* Reach out to Mr. Klein for more information.

The 2021-2022 ACT & SAT dates have been released. Please check our calendar before signing up for tests. There are MANY opportunities that do not conflict with Band/Drumline/Winds/Colorguard contests where we need 100% of our members. We have added all these good dates to our Google Calendar so you can see how they line up.

Marching Contest and Performance Dates:
